Callucci Menswear is dedicated to offering the best products at the most competitive prices. We can do this by selling direct to the public from a wholesale perspective - This means cutting out the 'middle man'. By doing this, we also 'cut out' several mark-ups that are usually present in most retail stores, in turn maximising the savings for you!

 

Does Callucci Menswear cater for wedding parties, events and/or large orders?

Yes, if you are looking to purchase several suits, shirts, ties etc. Please contact us as we may be able to arrange a specific price for all items. This is not guaranteed, however if you direct your enquiry to our staff we are happy to assist you with such matters.

 

What is the quality and condition of the items sold by Callucci Menswear?

All our items are in Brand New condition, direct from the supplier. Here at Callucci Menswear, we aim to only stock the best quality products for the price. This goes 'hand in hand' with our 'Callucci Guarantee' by which any product that does not satisfy the quality of the customer may be returned for a full refund, providing the item has not been worn/used.

 

Does Callucci Menswear hire suits?

Unfortunately we do not hire suits to our customers. However, from our previous experience and customer comments, we are aware that the associated costs involved with purchasing a suit from Callucci Menswear are often in line with the cost of hiring. As such, purchasing from Callucci Menswear ensures several benefits:

i) All items are un-worn and brand new.

ii) You do not need to return any items as they are your's to keep.

iii) You are not required to pay for dry-cleaning upon returning the item(s).

How much does shipping cost?

How do I determine my size? In regards to sizing, please refer to our sizing guide page (Hyperlink). Note: Our sizing guide page is designed to assist with formulating appropriate sizes, however is not a definitive guide and therefore is not guaranteed flawless accuracy for each individual. If you are unsure in anyway regarding appropriate sizes, please contact our staff and we shall assist where possible.

What payment methods are available? We are pleased to offer both PayPal and online Bank Deposit as payment methods for all orders. PayPal allows the use of all credit cards, debit cards and e-cheque's regardless of country or origin. Our online Bank Deposit system may be utilised by participating Australian (and some New Zealand) banks. Simply select bank deposit at checkout and follow the prompts.

 

I don't have a credit card, can I purchase online? Yes, if you do not own a credit card or prefer to use another payment method, please select online Bank Deposit at checkout. This will redirect you to the POLi payment system, which will allow login to your corresponding bank. You may find further information on POLi payment system here.

 

Please note: depending on the payment method utilised, there may be a period of 1-4 business days for payments to clear into the respective financial institution(s). Often this is explained to you at the checkout when utilising methods that involve a small delay. Irrespective of which, it is our policy to notify all customers when their order has been dispatched and date of expected arrival.

What is Callucci Menswear's return policy? At Callucci we understand that possessing the ability to return at item (for various reasons) is an important insurance measure of purchasing any item, especially from an online source. As such, we are please to offer and follow a comprehensive return policy which includes (but not limited to) poorly described item(s), wrong size purchased, item(s) not up-to standard/different from what is described in the item description.

 

I purchased an item(s) of the wrong size, can I exchange it? Yes, an item may be exchanged if the wrong size is purchased, as long as there is no sign(s) of wear or damage to the item that was not present when it was originally purchased. If an item exchange is required, the buyer is held responsible for the return shipping fees incurred with an item exchange.

 

Please note: Return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer, unless the exchange is as a result of our fault. For example, item(s) is not as described, item(s) are damaged or of un-substantial quality (that is not explained in the product description).
